Product Warranties and Returns
Most items have a manufacturer's warranty which is passed directly to the customer. Diamond Sports Pro Shop has no control over the terms of the warranty. Items that do not have a warranty are clearly noted.
Many companies prefer that you deal with them directly on defective products. If you have a defective item, we will be happy to assist you in receiving a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
All defective bats are covered by the manufactures warranty. Warranties vary, but most bats will have a warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Any defective bat must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Manufactures will require a receipt for all returns.
Any regular priced non-clearance item may be returned for exchange or refund provided it is returned unused, in the original packaging and within 30 days of the purchase date.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
